Intellectual Property
The ebook “What My Cat Is Trying to Tell Me”, including its text, illustrations, photos, worksheets and visuals, is the exclusive property of Agencia NSC LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

2. Terms of Sale

Section 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of the ebook “What My Cat Is Trying to Tell Me” (the “Ebook”) by Agencia NSC LLC (the “Seller”) to any individual purchasing for personal, non-commercial use (the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms in full.

Section 2. The Product
The Ebook is a PDF file, in English, dedicated to the everyday well-being of cats. It can be read on a computer, tablet or smartphone with a PDF reader, or printed.

The Ebook provides general information and practical tips for educational purposes only. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace a consultation with a veterinarian or a feline behaviorist. If your cat shows a change in behavior, loss of appetite, signs of pain or any unusual symptom, contact a veterinarian promptly.

Section 3. Price
The price is shown in U.S. dollars on the sales page at the time of purchase ($19,99). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Section 4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed online through the order form hosted on Systeme.io. Payment is due immediately by credit or debit card and is processed securely by Stripe. The Seller never has access to the Customer’s full card details. The Customer receives an order confirmation by email.

Section 5. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the Customer receives an email with a download link for the Ebook, sent to the address provided at checkout. The Customer is responsible for entering a correct email address and checking their spam or junk folder. If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, the Customer can write to nscedition@gmail.com to have it resent.

Section 6. Refund Policy
Because the Ebook is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been made available, and no refunds are given for change of mind. By completing the purchase and checking the box on the order form, the Customer requests immediate access to the Ebook and acknowledges this policy.

Section 7. Defective Files
If the file is defective, unreadable or incomplete, the Customer can write to nscedition@gmail.com. The Seller will provide a working file or, if that is not possible, issue a full refund.

Section 8. License
The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only. The Customer may print the Ebook for personal use. Reselling, sharing, distributing, publishing or otherwise making the Ebook available, in whole or in part, free of charge or for payment, in any form, is prohibited.

Section 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Ebook is an informational tool. The Customer is solely responsible for how they apply its advice, taking into account their cat’s age, health and temperament. Before making any significant change (diet, environment, introducing another animal, product or plant into the home), the Customer should consult their veterinarian.

THE EBOOK IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY HARM TO THE CUSTOMER, THEIR ANIMAL OR THIRD PARTIES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE INFORMATION IN THE EBOOK. THE SELLER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE EBOOK.

Section 10. Complaints and Governing Law
Any complaint should first be sent in writing to nscedition@gmail.com. The Seller will respond within 7 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If no amicable solution is found, any dispute shall be brought before the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the Customer may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their state of residence.

3. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
We collect the Customer’s first name, last name, email address, country of residence and order details (product, date, amount). Payment information is processed directly by Stripe; we never have access to the full card number.

How We Use It
We use this information to process orders, deliver the Ebook and respond to requests, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and, if the Customer has opted in, to send tips and news by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-out requests are honored promptly.

Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes. It is only accessible to the Seller and its service providers: Systeme.io (website hosting, order management and email delivery) and Stripe (payment processing). Some of these providers may process data outside the United States.

Data Retention
Order data is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship, then archived for the period required by law. Data used for marketing is deleted after 3 years without interaction.

Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, simply write to nscedition@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children
This website and the Ebook are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
